Service Policies

Pricing Policy

  • Quotes provided by Elite Pet Waste Pros are typically accurate; however, the final price will be confirmed after an inspection during the initial visit.

  • For paused services, a re-start requires initial cleaning fees before resuming the monthly service plan.

Payment Policy

  • Initial and One-Time Cleanups: Payment is due before service.

  • Monthly Service: For monthly customers following an initial cleanup, billing occurs for the remaining month on the second visit.

  • Recurring Services: Payment is due on the first of each month before services. A $10 late fee may apply for overdue payments, and services will be paused until payment is received.

  • Our monthly fee covers a 52-week calendar averaged over 12 months, ensuring no extra charges for months with five weeks.

Winter Policy

Elite Pet Waste Pros operates year-round in all safe weather conditions. If a week is skipped due to weather, we’ll conduct a double service the following week, maintaining full monthly charges. Winter subscribers receive a spring cleanup without additional fees.

No Access Policy

If we cannot access the yard due to a locked gate or other barrier, the full cleaning fee still applies. We’ll perform double service the next week. Our technician will attempt to notify the customer via knock and call before leaving.

Dangerous Pet Policy

Though our technicians are comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes, we ask that you secure your dog(s) inside while we are in the yard. If a pet poses a danger and we are unable to clean the yard, the full charge applies, and we’ll conduct double service the following week. We’ll attempt to contact you before leaving.

Obstructions Affecting Waste Removal

We strive to keep your yard clean, but we can only pick up what is visible. If the yard is covered with leaves, snow, or other debris that hides waste, we won’t be able to remove it during our visit. Please keep the yard clear of obstructions for the best service.

Cancellation Policy

Elite Pet Waste Pros has no service contracts, allowing cancellation anytime with 48-hour notice. Customers can cancel via phone or email. Paused services may require an initial or spring cleanup fee upon reactivation. If service is canceled mid-month, a prorated refund will be issued.
