At Elite Pet Waste Pros, we’re committed to providing reliable, professional, and efficient service to keep your yard clean and enjoyable. Please review the following Terms of Service, which outline our policies regarding payments, scheduling, missed services, and more.


Billing and Payment Policies

Billing Cycle

  • Recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month in advance.
  • Service costs are prorated for customers signing up after the 1st.

Initial Cleanup Charges

  • For recurring services, the initial cleanup cost is billed before service begins.
  • At this time, you’ll also be billed a prorated amount for remaining cleanups that month to align with regular monthly billing.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are processed via our secure client portal.
  • A credit or debit card must be linked before your first service date.

Example Billing for Recurring Services

  • Initial Cleanup: $100
  • Weekly Cleanup Rate: $23
  • Monthly Cost: $192 ($100 + 4×$23)
  • If starting mid-month (e.g., 3/15):
    • Initial Cleanup: $100
    • Pro-rated March Cleanups (2 cleanups): $46
    • Total Billed on 3/15: $146
  • Future billing:
    • 4/1: $92 (April weekly cleanups)
    • 5/1: $92 (May weekly cleanups)

Failed Payments & Paused Services

  • Payments are due on the 1st of the month.
  • If payment fails and remains unpaid by the 15th, services are paused.
  • Services resume upon payment, but a catch-up cleanup may be required after a pause of more than 30 days.

Promotions and Pricing

Promotional Terms

  • Promotions may include discounts, account credits, or special pricing.
  • Customers must meet the promotional requirements (e.g., minimum service period).

Price Increases

  • Price changes are communicated 30 days in advance.

Refund Policy

  • Prepayments, including quarterly or 6-month plans, are non-refundable.

Missed Services and Weather Policies

Missed Services

  • If a service is missed, we will perform double-duty on your next service day at no additional charge.

Holiday Policy

  • Services missed due to holidays will be handled during the next scheduled cleanup.
  • Optional holiday scooping may be available for an additional fee.

Weather Conditions

  • Services proceed in most weather conditions but may be delayed due to severe weather. Missed waste will be cleaned on the next scheduled day.

Service Logistics

Access to Property

  • Customers are not required to be home for cleanups but must ensure yard access (e.g., unlocked gates).

Pets

  • Dogs should be kept indoors during service.
  • Aggressive dogs must be secured. Staff may use dog mace/repellent if necessary for safety.

Waste Disposal

  • Waste is securely bagged and placed in your outdoor trash receptacle.
  • Equipment is sanitized after each job to prevent the spread of germs and diseases.

Service Day & Schedule Changes

  • Service days remain consistent but may change for route optimization. Customers will be notified of any changes.
  • Exact appointment times are not provided; routes run from morning until dark.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract.
  • Customers may cancel at any time with a 7-day written notice via email.
  • Refunds are not provided for the current billing cycle.

Cancellation After Promotions

  • If a promotional term is not fulfilled, the credited or discounted amount may be due in full.

Right to Cancel

  • Elite Pet Waste Pros reserves the right to cancel services at any time.

Additional Policies

Obstructions

  • Areas obstructed by trampolines, furniture, or dense foliage may not be serviced. Full-service fees still apply.

Lawn Signs and Gate Security

  • Lawn signs may be placed for advertising.
  • Gate security bands and photos ensure gates are properly secured after service.
